StaffCop Standard – employee monitoring and data loss prevention
StaffCop Standard monitors employees working on company workstations, creates detailed reports about actions of every employee, and secures local network from internal threats. Additionally the product monitors users of terminal servers.
Using aggregated information about employee actions on company workstations you can optimize employee schedules, improve staff efficiency, detect, investigate and eliminate data breaches. Data, aggregated by StaffCop software, can be used as evidence during incident investigation.
It takes only a few minutes to install StaffCop Standard. It’s interface is easy and user friendly. Any user is able to install and manage the product.
StaffCop Report Wizard
StaffCop Standard can automatically create detailed reports (including graphic reports) about user actions on a workstation where the program agent is installed. The reports include diagrams of working with applications and games, results of web sites sessions and chat monitoring. Using this data you can conduct complex analysis of staff activities when employees are working on company workstations.
The Wizard can send out these reports via FTP and email. Additionally, one of its options is Report Generation Scheduler, so you are able to specify exact dates and time when you require to receive reports.
Local events
The software controls running processes and applications, and monitors system events and files sent to print. It captures screenshots of workstation screens in specified time periods and intercepts users key strokes (key logging).
File operations
StaffCop Standard monitors operations with files transferred via USB devices, Internet channels, and inside local network. The product controls content of a clipboard. If necessary, the program blocks ports and USB devices.
This functional is one of the tools of proactive work in preventing information leaks and distribution of malware.
Internet and local network
User Activity Monitoring System (UAMS) provides control over web site sessions. StaffCop Standard monitors search requests and controls user activities in social networks.
The product intercepts messages sent via popular web messengers (ICQ, Skype, etc.), controls email exchange implementing shadowing of files, attached to emails. Also StaffCop processes encrypted traffic , transferred via SSL channels and HTTPs, providing high level of control of Internet data transmission channels.

StaffCop Enterprise contains an option to monitor employee activities at a workstation. Using this option, you can log data about applications launched on each employee’s workstation and the total time an employee works with each of them.

You can monitor employee statistics online via admin panel or receive daily reports about the previous day’s activities of specific employees or whole departments by specifying report delivery time. Reports are generated in PDF format.
